Waxing was first carried out by Ancient Egyptians when they saw hairless bodies as beauty. They made wax using a mixture of oil, honey and sugar. Waxing is a form of semi-permanent hair removal which removes hair from the root. The growth will begin to return within 4 weeks, or for some within the first 1-2 weeks depending on their hair growth cycle. Waxing is a fast effective method for removing hair and is more popular than shaving as using a shaving method only removes hair up to the surface.
