Builder gel is a gel which is applied to the natural nail to improve the nail strength. It’s similar to gel polish however it’s got a thicker consistency that improves the nail’s strength. Builder Gel is a treatment which is painted onto the natural nail and placed under a UV lamp to cure before continuing with gel polish over the top. This treatment should last for 3-4 weeks before removing and maintaining the nails. Builder gel can also be carried out with tips to create an extension or nail sculpting using free-hand forms.
