View useful resourcesYes, all our courses are fully insurable; however, we recommend checking with your insurance company prior to purchasing the course.
At The Beauty Training School, we understand refunds may be requested. Any refund requests can only be issued if the course content has not been accessed within the learner hub, and you have requested it within 30 days of the date of your purchase. We will ask you to complete a refund form, which can be requested from our student support team. If you would like to swap the course you have purchased for a different one, this is possible again if you haven’t already accessed the current course material and you have the necessary prerequisites for another course of your choice.
Some of our courses require prerequisites; these are stated within each course page.
Most of our courses come with an optional professional kit, which can be purchased alongside. All courses include a tools and equipment list and a suppliers list, should you wish to purchase your own products.
We advise that you are 18+ to complete our courses for insurance purposes. You must speak with your insurance company prior to purchasing a course to ensure they will insure you.

My experience with the beauty training school is outstanding. Always on hand when having any issues. When I first placed my order to start I got a call to say some items were out stock but sent what they had so I could get on and sent the remaining out as soon as and kept me updated!
When sending each assessment off they got back to me and how long someone would be back in touch.

I am doing Complete Nail Technical Course. It is very good for manage your time when you free to learn just open it my student hub. Very clear,understand and by short term all information you need it. Also during your study you can ask some questions during your course. I am recommend.

The Beauty Training School are a fantastic course provider. I’ve just completed their Builder Gel course and I couldn’t be more than happy. The units are well structured and easy to follow. If you’re looking for an online course that you can work through at your own pace I would definitely recommend them.
Sarah was extremely helpful and responded promptly to my many queries. Sometimes it can be daunting signing up for courses online but Sarah’s help was of great assistance. The course is ABT and IPHM accredited (accreditations can be checked through the accreditors website), and a certificate was issued upon completion.
If I had to give one piece of feedback for improval it would relate to the video lessons and the lack of narration/audio.
However overall this was a positive experience!
