Once you have purchased a course(s), you will receive an email containing login details to access your learner hub. Within the learner hub, you will gain access to the theory content of your course(s). Once you have completed this, you will be required to complete a case study submission before gaining certification upon completion.
All courses include the relevant theory knowledge, a video demonstration, Q&A and a case study submission. Upon completion, you will receive a digital certificate.
Some of our courses require prerequisites; these are stated within each course page.
Our courses are accredited by IPHM or ABT please check the specific course page to confirm the accreditation.
Most of our courses come with an optional professional kit, which can be purchased alongside. All courses include a tools and equipment list and a suppliers list, should you wish to purchase your own products.
We do not allow our learners to fail; we will work with you to build and perfect your skills before passing you. This may include submitting another case study submission once the tutor’s feedback has been issued and taken into consideration.
Yes, all our courses are fully insurable; however, we recommend checking with your insurance company prior to purchasing the course.

A case study submission can be submitted as soon as you have completed the theory part of your course.
No, unfortunately, a case study needs to be completed on a live model, as a client consultation and aftercare advice needs to be carried out.
At The Beauty Training School, we understand refunds may be requested. Refunds can only be issued if the course content has not been opened within the learner hub and you have requested it within 14 days from the purchase date. As you can understand, our course content is based purely online, so if the course has been opened, meaning you have access to the course material, a refund cannot be issued. If you would like to swap the course you have purchased for a different one, this is possible again if you haven’t already accessed the current course material, and you have the necessary prerequisites for another course of your choice.
We advise that you are 18+ to complete our courses for insurance purposes. You must speak with your insurance company prior to purchasing a course to ensure they will insure you.
We require all students to complete a case study submission to ensure that the treatment is being carried out safely and correctly. It allows you to ask the tutor questions and gain feedback, along with gaining confidence and reassurance and allows us to help build and perfect your skills. A case study is required for insurance purposes, too.
We offer a range of payment options, including paying in full. Alternatively, we offer finance options, including Klarna, Clearpay, PayItMonthly, and in-house payment plans.
Yes! All our courses at The Beauty Training School are legitimate.
A study pack is a copy of your course(s) sent out in the post as an A4 ring-binder manual, along with other study equipment and QR code links to the video demonstrations.
Studying online means you will have access to the course material via the learner hub. A study pack is an A4 ring-binder manual sent out to you in the post alongside some other study equipment.
No! Absolutely not, the courses can be completed within your own time and at your own pace to suit your current schedule.
We allow 3-5 working days for study packs and kits to arrive with our learners.
