Once you have purchased a course(s) you will receive an email containing login details to access your student hub. Within the student hub you will gain access to your theory content of your course(s), once you have completed this you will be required to submit a case study submission, before gaining certification upon completion.

If you do not pass the virtual assessment the tutor will ask you to submit another case study submission.

All courses include theory content, video demonstration, Q&A, a case study submission and digital certificate upon completion.

You will need previous experience/pre-requisites to complete any Level 3 courses.

Yes, all our courses are fully insurable, however we recommend checking with your insurance company prior to purchasing the course.

No, unfortunately a case study needs to be completed on a live model, as a client consultation and aftercare advice needs to be carried out.

Unfortunately, we do not offer online advanced aesthetic training however we recommend BG Aesthetics Training Academy. More information can be found under Advanced Training Courses.

At The Beauty Training School, we understand refunds may be requested. Refunds can only be issued if the course content has not been opened within the student hub and you have requested within 30 days from the purchase date. As you can understand our course content is based purely online so should the course have been opened meaning you have access to the course material a refund cannot be issued. If you would like to swap the course you have purchased to a different one, this is possible again if you haven’t already accessed the current course material and you have the necessary pre-requisites required for another course of your choice.

We advise you are 18+ to complete our courses for insurance purposes. You must speak with your insurance company prior to purchasing a course to ensure they will insure you.

We require all students to complete a case study submission to ensure that the treatment is being carried out safely and correctly. It allows you to ask the tutor questions and gain feedback, along with gaining confidence and reassurance. A case study is usually required for insurance purposes too.
