At The Beauty Training School, we understand refunds may be requested.
Any refund requests can only be issued if the course content has not been accessed within the learner hub, and you have requested it within 30 days from the date of your purchase. We will ask you to complete a refund form, which can be requested from our student support team. If you would like to swap the course you have purchased for a different one, this is possible again, if you haven’t already accessed the current course material, and you have the necessary prerequisites for another course of your choice.
