A manicure is a nail treatment consisting of filing, shaping, cuticle work, painting, and general maintenance. This course provides the skills and qualification you need to successfully deliver a manicure treatment.

Upon completion of the course content, you will be required to complete a case study submission before receiving a certificate upon completion.
Manicures began over 5000 years ago in India when Henna was used as nail polish. The English word manicure comes from the French word ‘manucure’ which originates from Latin words ‘Manus’ for hand and ‘Cura’ for care.
A manicure is treatment which treats the nails using tools and creams to maintain the nails. You should have a manicure every 2-3 weeks to keep the nails healthy and well looked after.
