Pedicures began over 5000 years ago in India when Henna was used as nail polish. The English word pedicure comes from Latin words ‘Pededs’ for feet and ‘Cura’ for care.

A pedicure is treatment which treats the nails using tools and creams to maintain the nails. You should have a pedicure every 2-3 weeks to keep the nails healthy and well looked after.
